Ms. Parrish is an attorney who has worked with academic medical centers, research institutions, high technology and start-up companies, particularly those in the life sciences area. Her areas of legal concentration are science law (including research misconduct and research regulations, compliance and investigations), intellectual property (including patent prosecution and litigation) and health care (with a focus on reimbursement for new technology).

Ms. Parrish received her JD and BSE in biomedical engineering from Duke University and is a member of the patent bar.
